Position Overview:

In this role, you will support,assist, and maintain  calendars, content ,and important documents to aid the company’s training team. The job alsorequires planning events and creating presentations for team meetings.

Responsibilities:.

·     -    Create and maintain the training team calendaras well as onboarding agendas when needed; provide team with launch contentwhen needed

·    -     Design PowerPoint presentations, documents, andother presentations for company and team-wide meetings and events; keepmaterials up to date and  ready for quick use

·     -    Plan events,  such as finding a venue, booking accommodations,and creating  menus  for  planning Bootcamps, events, and other team trainingprograms

·     -    Assist in conducting new hire training andhiring for LMS and training resources

Key Qualifications:

·     -    Background in administrative work such asplanning, organizing, and minor clerical work

·     -    Keen attention to detail and organization in afast-paced environment

·     -    Must be able to communicate clearly and efficientlywith all team members

·    -     Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
